Uveitis awareness bracelets are embossed with the phrase "Uveitis/OID Support Group". They are available in 2 sizes, Youth (blue) and Adult (red). You may order any number of bracelets. These are the costs:

1-9 bracelets	$2.50 each
10 or more bracelets	$2.00 each

To place an order, send a note telling us how many of each size you would like to order. In your note, also please tell us where the bracelets should be sent, and include a check for the full amount of your order, made out to the Ocular Immunology and Uveitis Foundation
